Hey babes – Christmas is just around the corner! And, whether you want to admit it or not, we all know that when you’re out shopping for gifts, you’re secretly browsing for a cute holiday outfit to sport on the special day. Because, let’s be real, you can’t always rely on Santa bring you a spicy new outfit. He might not be as up-to-date with all the trends as you and I, if you know what I’m saying.
But lucky for you, I put together two super cute – yet casual and comfy – head-to-toe outfits for your choosing. And better yet, ALL the pieces are from either Forever 21, Windsor, or H&M – meaning they won’t break the bank!! Your wallet can probably use a rest from all the holiday gift spending anyways.
So here you have it, OUTFIT #1:
What says Christmas better than an oversized, cozy sweater? (The answer is nothing.) So, obviously, I had to find the cutest one H&M had to offer and pair it with a tight black skirt, sheer black tights, and black velvet booties (which are all classic staples you might already own!!).
Once I did a little “half-tuck” with the sweater into the skirt, I topped it all off with some rose gold chunky rings, a black crescent moon choker, and a cheetah print purse that can also double as a clutch.
And I don’t know about you, but I am LOVING this cheetah print trend so much I’m having to refrain myself from buying every cheetah print item that I see – I even have cheetah print fuzzy socks. If you don’t have cheetah print fuzzy socks, I would highly encourage investing in those as well.
Anyways, once you put these pieces together, you have a stylish, comfortable outfit that will show up anything Santa might bring down the chimney.
Now, onto OUTFIT #2:
This outfit was inspired by the turtleneck and knee-high boots trends – which I ADORE. And get this – I got this turtle-neck sweater dress from Forever 21 for $11. Only $11 people!!! Thats insanity. AND they had it in various colors – Merry Christmas to you, I KNOW.
Since the dress was so cheap, I was able to binge a little and buy this $20 maroon plaid scarf from Windsor to tie into my maroon handbag and lipstick. What’s Christmas anyways without someone wearing maroon/red lipstick you know?
And to really complete the outfit, I got these knee-high, taupe, suede boots. Now, here’s an extremely valuable tip for you shopaholics like me – NEVER buy knee-high boots that don’t have the adjustable tie around the top. Even if they look good when you try them on, as soon as you start strutting your stuff, they will fall all the way down to your ankles. Trust me, I know from experience (it was a very sad day).
Much like outfit #1, this look will not fail you during this special holiday. You can move around without the struggle of pulling up pants, stay warm if you’re somewhere that snows (if you are, I’m JEALOUS), and you’ll look effortlessly amazing.
AND THE FUN’S NOT OVER YET! If you would like to win a $25 H&M gift card, courtesy of The Montclair Place (my favorite mall ever), go and like their Facebook Page (link below), and tell me what you want for Christmas down in the comment section of this blog post. You have until midnight on Christmas to enter. I’ll be emailing you on Monday, December 26th, if you’re the lucky winner!

Is that Forever 21 dress grey or army green? Either way, I love it! For christmas I want new room decor, especially things for the spring. (:
Do you have any cute outfits for really cold weather? I’m from Canada and those outfits aren’t warm enough up north. Super cute tho! 🙂 ty
